From an early age Dan Wesley White sang in the church choir where his dad preached, and by the 4th grade he learned to play the trumpet and the tuba. During his highschool years, He would pick up the bass guitar, join the US Army band, and after his 9 years of service, enrolled to a bachelors of Music to become a Music Educator in 2006, and completed his Master of Music in 2016. He is a band director in South Texas going on 19 years. Yearning to do more, he began recording songs based on country life and the influences of living in a border town near Mexico. He mixes traditional Country with Tex-Mex influences and Southern Rock. He remains an advocate for veterans and previously released a song in hopes to bring awareness to suicide prevention for US Vets and their families in crisis, titled “22”.
